Some common issue explanations

• Power On & Charging: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. For first-time use, we recommend charging it for 6 hours.
• Supported Audio File Formats: The player supports common lossless and compressed audio formats, including MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG, WAV, FLAC, and APE. Encrypted files are not supported.
• Transferring Music Files and Creating Playlists: You can remove the storage card and insert it into a card reader, then connect the card reader to your computer. Your computer will recognize it as a new disk. Simply copy your music files to this disk. Once the transfer is complete, safely eject the disk and insert the storage card back into the player. Then, turn on the music playback function. In most cases, a music playlist will be generated automatically.

• Tips:

1, It is recommended to organize your music into different folders based on your preference. This allows you to easily access music from specific folders as separate playlists using the folder function.

2, To protect data security, insert or remove the memory card only when the player is turned off.

3, If your player does not automatically update the playlist, you can manually update it using the 'Update Playlist' function, which is the last option in the music menu.

• Connecting a Bluetooth Headset or Speaker: Go to the Bluetooth feature on the main page after powering on the device. In the first option, you can turn Bluetooth on or off. Once Bluetooth is turned on, a white Bluetooth logo will appear in the status bar. You can then search for and connect your Bluetooth device under 'Available Devices.' After a successful connection, the Bluetooth logo will turn blue.
• Using Bookmarks for Audiobooks:Since audiobooks typically have long playback durations, we have added a bookmark feature to help you resume playback from where you left off instead of starting over.
• Creating a Bookmark: On the 'Now Playing' screen (which displays a progress bar and a turntable icon), press the menu button (the button with three horizontal lines). In the pop-up menu, select the Bookmark option, then choose an empty bookmark slot to create a bookmark. The next time you play the same audio file, access the bookmark function again and select the saved bookmark to jump directly to the corresponding position.
• Deleting a Bookmark: To delete a bookmark, go to the Bookmark option, move the cursor to the bookmark you want to remove, and press the menu button (the button with three horizontal lines). Follow the on-screen instructions to delete the bookmark.

Tips：

• Charging Instructions: A charging and data cable is included in the package.Please use the supplied cable to charge the device. If you wish to use your own cable, only use a USB‑A to USB‑C cable. Cables with USB‑C on both ends may cause compatibility issues.
• Car Bluetooth: Some vehicles use modified Bluetooth protocols that may not be compatible with this MP3 player. Please check your car’s manual or contact the brand's support to confirm classic Bluetooth audio support. Note: this MP3 player doesn't support PIN-based pairing.
